==Overview==  
Brother Eli Brown, born in 1786 in Stow, Massachusetts, served as the eleventh Master of Corinthian Lodge, leading the Lodge in 1819 and 1820. A skilled clothier by trade, Brown contributed to the growth of the Lodge and its establishment of a permanent meeting space.

==Early Masonic Career==  
Brown was initiated into Corinthian Lodge on December 3, 1810, and admitted to full membership on April 1, 1811. He advanced within the Lodge to serve as Senior Warden in 1818 and was elected Master in 1819 and 1820. During his time as Master, Brown oversaw the arrangements between the Masons and the Town of Concord for the construction of Masonic Hall, a significant accomplishment for the Lodge.

==Professional Life and Civic Engagement==  
Brown moved to Concord early in life and became established as a clothier, operating at Factory Village. His leadership extended beyond the Lodge, as he also served as the eighth captain of the Concord Artillery Company. Around 1825, Brown relocated to Providence, Rhode Island, where he resumed his trade in the clothier business.

==Death and Legacy==  
Eli Brown passed away on August 10, 1850, at the age of 63 in Providence, Rhode Island. He was honored with a Masonic funeral conducted by "Mount Vernon Lodge" in Providence on August 11, 1850. Brown’s leadership, especially his role in establishing Masonic Hall, remains a meaningful part of Corinthian Lodge's history.
