JOSLIN — In Concord, November 3, Elmer L. Joslin. Husband of the late Bertha (Wilson). Father of Mrs. Virginia A. Tucker of Concord and H. Dwight Joslin of Raymond, NH. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service Sunday, November 20th at 3 p.m. in the First Parish Church, CONCORD.
